Dual-Station Powder Filling
Two filling stations work with rotary positioning to dose small volume powders into vials, improving production efficiency and filling stability.
Station Detection Sensor
The photoelectric sensor detects vial presence at the working station, allowing the machine to stop filling automatically when no vial is detected.
Cam-Driven Rotary Station
A high-precision cam indexer controls the rotary working stations, keeping vial transfer, filling, cap placement and crimping movements synchronized.
Cap Placement Structure
Integrated stopper flip-off caps are automatically sorted by the vibratory bowl and transferred onto the filled vials before crimping.
Dual-Station Crimping Structure
