Roll Feeding System
The roll feeding system automatically supplies plastic material to the blister forming structure.
Blister Forming & Cutting Structure
The structure forms plastic blisters by positive- and negative-pressure forming. It die-cuts the formed blisters from the plastic web.
Rotary Indexing System
It moves blister packs through the pick-and-place, manual product loading, card placement, heat-sealing, and outfeeding stations in sequence.
Heat Sealing Structure
Places paper cards onto formed blisters and heat seals them into finished blister card packs. Temperature, pressure, and dwell time can be adjusted independently.
Finished Product Outfeeding Conveyor
The outfeeding conveyor transfers finished blister card packs from the machine for collection or downstream processing.
Scrap Film Collection
The scrap film collection system winds and collects remaining plastic film after forming and die cutting.
