Automatic Valve Sorting Structure
The system combines scraper valve sorting, pneumatic valve separation and rotary insertion to continuously place individual aerosol valves into cans.

Liquid Filling Structure
The filling volume can be adjusted according to the product specification and is suitable for liquids with suitable flowability used in aerosol production.

Star Wheel Positioning System
The star wheel positions and transfers aerosol cans between working stations and can be replaced when changing to different can diameters.

Valve Crimping Structure
The aerosol valve is pre-crimped to hold it in place, followed by final crimping to complete the sealing process.

Liquefied Propellant Booster Pump
Pressurizes and transfers liquefied propellants such as N₂, CO₂ to the propellant filling structure for stable continuous production.
