This vial sterilization tunnel moves vials through preheating, sterilization and cooling zones on one conveyor, so the whole heat cycle runs in a single pass. Conveyor speed is continuously adjustable, which lets you match the tunnel to your filling line rather than the other way round. The cooling zone uses Class 100 laminar flow to protect vials as they come down in temperature, and the machine structure is built in SUS304 stainless steel.

The tunnel includes preheating, high-temperature sterilization and Class 100 laminar flow cooling for continuous vial processing.
