ZONESUN ZS-SUV1 High Speed Industrial UV Inkjet Printer
This industrial UV inkjet printer prints on flat packs while they are being paged, so pouches and sachets can be printed on the same machine that separates them. Print position is synchronized to an encoder, so the print follows the pack instead of being fired at a fixed moment. A plasma station treats the surface before printing, and the UV ink is cured right after the print head, so the print is dry when the pack leaves the machine.

Product Applications
This printer suits flat, pre made packaging that needs printing on the finished pack: pouches, mailer bags, envelopes and stand up bags. The applications shown are a foil pouch carrying a battery label with a QR code, poly mailers, a bag printed with recycling symbols and a barcode, printed envelopes, kraft coffee bags and a silver stand up pouch. All of them are flat packs that can be stacked in the paging unit, separated one by one and printed in line.

Product Details
Paging Unit
The paging unit separates stacked flat premade pouches and paper boxes before printing. Block products can use the printer without the paging configuration when separation is unnecessary.
Plasma Surface-Treatment Unit
The plasma unit treats the product surface before printing. Plasma pretreatment helps improve UV ink adhesion on low-surface-energy plastics such as PP and PE.
Downward Printing Head
The downward printing head applies codes to products or packaging moving below the print position. The printer supports no-plate printing and single-piece printing.
UV Curing Section
UV ink cures under ultraviolet light in milliseconds. This allows printed products to proceed to the next process without a drying wait.
Data Editing System
The printing system supports text, dates, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, database information, UDI data import, real-time database calls, and traceability integration.
