Product Production Process
How the machine runs: flat carton blanks are formed into boxes, products are fed in, leaflets are fed, the product is loaded into the formed box, and the boxes are closed at the end of the machine. The cartons move continuously instead of indexing stop and start, and multi point quality detection checks the carton before it leaves.

The large touchscreen displays settings for each station and identifies fault locations for faster setup, operation, and maintenance. The Win CE-based system supports electronic records and electronic signatures.
Pocket Conveyor System
An independent servo motor drives the pocket conveyor in synchronization with the machine. Conveyor width can be manually adjusted or servo-adjusted as an option for fast format changeover.
Product Detection System
Six-zone pressure-wheel detection identifies missing or multiple packs, including slightly bent or air-filled flow packs. The machine stops leaflet feeding, carton feeding, and pushing when an abnormal product condition is detected.
Rotary Carton Picking and Opening System
Four independent suction heads pick, open, and erect cartons . Detection functions stop operation if a carton is not picked or opened correctly.
Leaflet Folding and Detection System
The system folds leaflets and monitors leaflet feeding and insertion. It detects multiple-leaflet pickup, missing leaflets, and leaflet-in-carton conditions.
Reject System
Rejects cartons with missing leaflets, missing products, poor carton closure, or empty cartons. Reject confirmation helps verify that defective packs are removed.
