Product Applications
This Filling line suits small dropper bottles for skin care and aromatherapy products, where the bottle is filled with an oil or a serum and closed with a dropper cap. The applications shown are facial serum and face oil bottles in clear and amber glass, essential oil bottles, a hair oil and a conditioning oil. They are all narrow neck, small volume bottles, which is the format this line is set up for.
Product Production Process
How the production line runs: bottles are sorted and stood upright on the conveyor, then filled with the liquid. The dropper caps are fed in, positioned over the bottle mouths and pressed down, and each bottle then moves to the labeling station, where the label is applied to the body. The full sequence is bottle sorting, filling, cap feeding, caps positioning, capping and labeling.
