Product Applications
This jar paste bottling line is built for thick sauces and pastes filled into glass jars, then capped and labeled on the same conveyor. A servo rotor pump doses by volume, so heavy products such as mayonnaise, salad cream, tomato and basil pasta sauce, sweet pepper sauce, creamy pasta sauce, Dijon mustard and whole grain mustard are filled in measured portions rather than by hand. A servo capper runs metal lug caps, the twist off type used on sauce and mayonnaise jars, and the labeler applies single side, double side or wrap around labels.
Product Production Process
This jar paste bottling line runs the jars through six steps on one conveyor. Empty jars are unscrambled, then the servo rotor pump fills a measured volume of product into each jar. A cap is placed on the jar, the servo capper tightens the metal lug cap, and the labeler applies the label in single side, double side or wrap around mode. Filled, capped and labeled jars are collected at the end of the line.
