This machine suits premade spout pouches and flat sachets filled with paste, cream and thick liquid products. The applications shown are shaped spout pouches for a liquid wash product, black flat sachets for a cream or sunscreen, and clear spout pouches for a gel or lotion. The packs in this range share a small pouch body, so one machine covers a line where the pouch shape, colour and printed artwork change from product to product.
Product Production Process
How the machine runs: premade pouches are fed in one by one, a filling nozzle goes down into the pouch opening and the paste is filled, the pouch mouth is then heat sealed, and the sealed pouch is discharged at the end.
