Product Description

This bottle filling cappig machine feeds, fills and caps small bottles in one pass on a single frame. A servo gear pump meters the liquid, so the dose follows the pump rotation and is set on the panel, and the capping head is servo driven as well, so the closing torque is a value that can be dialled in rather than a clutch that slips. Bottle feeding, filling and capping run in sequence along one path, and the control panel stands beside the machine at operator height.

Product Applications

This machine suits narrow glass bottles closed with a screw cap. The panels show tall round bottles with black caps holding an amber liquid, juice style bottles with silver caps, and test tube form bottles with silver caps filled with a coloured drink. All of them are narrow neck glass bodies standing on a flat base, with a cap the head can grip, and the same feed, fill and cap sequence runs on each of the three formats.

Product Production Process

Bottles are loaded lying on their side at the feeding station and taken up into the machine. Each bottle is then pressed into position, so it stands square and steady under the filling nozzle for the dose. Liquid is filled through the nozzle into the bottle. A cap is fed down onto the open neck, and the capping head turns it on with its rotating wheels, so the bottle leaves closed and ready for the next station.
