10-Head Filling System

Bottle Guide Star Wheel
The customized star wheel positions and transfers bottles between working stations, helping maintain stable bottle movement during high-speed production.
Rotary Capping System
Eight rotary magnetic three-jaw capping heads grip and tighten caps continuously, providing stable capping performance at higher production speeds.
Finished Bottle Collection Tray
Finished bottles are transferred to the collection tray after capping, making bottle collection and connection with the next packaging process easier.
