Product Description
This is a monoblock tabletop vial filling capping machine that fills vials, presses in the stopper and crimps the aluminium cap in one sequence on a single frame. This machine suits narrow neck glass vials closed with a rubber stopper held by an aluminium crimp cap.
Product Production Process
Vials enter at the unscrambling station and are set upright onto the indexing table. At the filling station a nozzle comes down into the vial and delivers the dose. The filled vial then moves to stopper pressing, where a rod pushes the rubber stopper into the neck. Next the aluminium cap is fed down onto the stoppered vial, and the crimping head presses it so the skirt folds over the neck flange. Sealed vials leave at the collection station.

The PLC touchscreen supports filling-volume setting, speed adjustment, and production counting.
Filling Structure
The single-head peristaltic pump fills small vloume of compatible liquids. The filling nozzle uses pneumatic lifting to match different vial heights.
Stopper Feeding and Pressing System
The vibratory feeder sorts and supplies stoppers to the working station. The pressing structure places stoppers into filled vials during the automatic process.
Cap Placement and Crimping System
The cap feeder supplies outer caps for placement onto vials. The pneumatic crimping system seals compatible aluminum and aluminum-plastic caps with interchangeable crimping heads.
Servo Indexing System
The servo indexer transfers vials through filling, stoppering, cap placement, and crimping stations with accurate positioning.
Optional Laminar Flow Hood
The optional Class 100 laminar flow hood provides localized clean-air protection above the working area. It should be selected according to the product process and production-environment requirements.
