This automatic powder packaging machine is equipped with an auger feeder and dust collector, designed for precise powder feeding, high-speed sachet filling, and automated sealing. Ideal for large-scale production of detergent powders (shampoo powder, laundry detergent, bleaching powder) and industrial chemical powders.
Product Applications
This machine packs dry powder into bags, and the auger feeder lifts powder from a floor hopper up to the filling head, so the powder does not have to be lifted by hand. The applications shown are laundry powder, buttermilk powder, coconut powder and spirulina powder. Fine powder goes airborne during filling, so the dust bucket removes the powder that escapes at the filling head and keeps the sealing area cleaner.
