Starwheel
It is customizable based on bottle size, inside light makes operation more convenient.

Synchronized Tracking Filling
Anti-dripping filling nozzles move in sync with the bottles on the conveyor belt, allowing dynamic filling.

Servo Gear Pump
Filling volume is digitally set via the touch screen. Servo-driven motion ensures high filling accuracy.

Cap Sorting Unit
It rotates its base and wall to align caps, using sensors to reject misaligned ones for quieter, more efficient operation.

Capping Structure
It is consist of serval sets of rubber capping wheels, these can tighten several bottles at the same time, higher efficiency.

Rejecting Structure
Custom rejection method according to different kinds of products includes push rod type, swing arm type, flip plate type, air blowing type and belt sinking type.

Sensor
The sensor can detect passing by products and separate products, it realizes automated production.
