Filing
The integrated vibration system ensures a smooth andconsistent flow of product into the bottles, preventing clogging and ensuring accurate filling. The integrated vacuum ports allow for the connection of external vacuum systems.

Brush System
After the filling process is complete, the bottle moves to a designatedcleaning station. A pneumatic cylinder activates a brush, extending itto sweep across the mouth of the bottle. This brush effectively remove any residual product or debris clinging to the bottle’s rim.
