3. Check whether the sealing surface is leaking through the air source. Adjust the air pressure to 0.3 ~ 0.4MPa to adjust the amount of oil input. Generally, spray a drop of oil after several actions, and regularly check the oil injection.
4. Filling volume adjustment: first rotate the filling volume adjustment hand wheel, observe the indicator window scale to achieve the required filling volume, and at the same time adjust the suction and discharge speed to achieve a satisfactory filling effect. Volume, and finally correct the filling volume.
Filling machine Cleaning requirements


Fully clean before operation, use non-woven soft cloth plus detergent to wipe off oil or dirt, and then dry with non-woven soft cloth.
According to the requirements of GMP, check whether the contact parts between the equipment and the materials meet the corresponding cleanliness requirements. If not, re-clean and dry. The cleaning method is based on process requirements.

1. The filling action of the machine is divided into automatic and manual. When the machine is high, manual is used. When manual, only need to push the tongue with the mouth of the bottle, it starts to suck the material. Pay attention not to hold the tongue when filling. When using automatic, the bottle must be placed under the discharge port first, and the transfer switch will be turned on as soon as the switch is turned to start filling, and the bottle should be replaced in time.
2. When it is found that the measurement is unstable during filling, the feed check valve should be checked for possible debris, which leads to inadequate sealing and affects the filling volume.
3. Leakage in the lower part of the cylinder indicates that the piston seal is worn and needs to be replaced.
